If you discover that your item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 30 days. We'll provide a full refund or send a replacement—no need to return the item, and no hassle involved! Please send us photos or videos to help us validate the issue.
Lost, Delayed, or Never-Arrived Orders
If Zendrop tracking indicates that your order hasn't arrived 45 days after shipping within the US or 60 days or more internationally, we're here for you! Contact us, and we'll guide you through the process of getting a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
Changed Your Mind?
For Printify items, please note that refunds are unavailable for changes of mind or incorrect sizes or colours unless there is a defect.
⏳ How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, email us at support@lawyershub.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and attach a clear photo or video that shows the issue.
This helps us quickly validate your request, allowing us to issue your refund or replacement within three business days. Zendrop refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, while Printify refunds will be displayed as Store Balance at checkout.
🚫 What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect size or colour ordered (no exchanges)
- Products used beyond reasonable testing or unintentionally damaged
📦 Return Shipping on Your Terms
There's no need to return damaged products—send us a picture! If you prefer a physical return, we'll be happy to provide a free return label if the fault lies with Zendrop or Printify. This means you won't have to worry about any additional costs when returning a product due to our error.
